Information collected may include a member’s name, telephone number, email address, account information, reservation information, passenger names and telephone numbers, pickup and destination information, flight information, Ride Credit activity, transportation records, and other information necessary to coordinate transportation.
How Information Is Used:
Information may be used to establish and administer membership accounts, process reservations and payments, coordinate transportation, communicate with members and passengers, maintain Ride Credit and trip records, provide customer service, maintain security, prevent misuse or fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Transportation Partners:
When transportation is provided through an authorized affiliate or transportation partner, Verbon may provide information reasonably necessary to perform the reservation, including passenger contact information and trip details.
Payment Information:
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment processors. Verbon does not intentionally publish members’ payment information through the VIP portal.
Recordkeeping and Security:
Verbon maintains transportation and account records as reasonably necessary for business operations, customer service, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Reasonable measures are used to protect member information; however, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing of Information:
Verbon does not sell member personal information for unrelated marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers, transportation partners, payment processors, professional advisers, governmental authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the program, protect legal rights, or comply with law.
