VIP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The Verbon VIP Member Portal is a private membership-based transportation program operated by Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC (VL&CS, LLC). Membership provides access to discounted luxury transportation services through a VIP Ride Credit system.
Membership benefits, pricing, service areas, available vehicles, and membership features may be modified from time to time without prior notice.
VIP RIDE CREDITS
VIP Members receive transportation credits based on their selected VIP Membership Plan.
Bronze Plan – 6 VIP Ride Credits
Silver Plan – 12 VIP Ride Credits
Gold Plan – 18 VIP Ride Credits
Diamond Plan – 24 VIP Ride Credits
Ride Credits are deducted based on mileage zones, trip requirements, and transportation services provided.
Members may review completed trips, credit deductions, and remaining balances through their VIP Member Dashboard.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
VIP Members are encouraged to reserve transportation as early as possible.
Special events, concerts, sporting events, holidays, and peak-demand periods may require additional advance notice.
Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC reserves the right to decline any reservation request that cannot be accommodated safely or professionally.
PAYMENT & BILLING
VIP Ride Credits are deducted after trip completion.
Additional charges not included within VIP Ride Credits may include:
• Tolls
• Parking fees
• Additional stops
• Waiting time
• Excess mileage beyond membership limits
• Vehicle damage charges
• Special event surcharges
• Holiday surcharges
• Special vehicle requests
A valid payment method may be required and maintained on file for all VIP Members.
AFFILIATE NETWORK
Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC reserves the right to utilize qualified affiliate transportation providers when necessary.
Affiliate providers may be used during peak demand periods, vehicle maintenance situations, special events, weather disruptions, or when additional fleet capacity is required.
All affiliate providers must meet Verbon service standards and maintain proper licensing and insurance coverage.
VEHICLE USE POLICIES
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for any damages caused by negligence, misuse, excessive cleaning requirements, spills, bodily fluids, burns, stains, or intentional damage.
CLEANING & DAMAGE FEES
The following fees may be assessed when applicable:
• Excessive interior cleaning: Minimum $300
• Vomit or bodily fluid cleanup: Minimum $500
• Smoking or vaping violation: Minimum $500
• Seat, carpet, or upholstery damage: Actual repair cost plus downtime
• Broken interior components: Actual repair or replacement cost
• Exterior vehicle damage: Actual repair cost plus downtime
Additional charges may apply when professional detailing, sanitation, repairs, or vehicle downtime are required.
MEMBER CONDUCT
Unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior toward chauffeurs, dispatch personnel, affiliate partners, or other passengers will not be tolerated.
Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate service without refund if passenger conduct creates a safety concern.
CANCELLATION & MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY
VIP Reservation Cancellation
VIP reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before service may result in forfeiture of applicable VIP Ride Credits and/or cancellation charges.
No-show reservations may result in full credit deduction for the scheduled trip.
If a member cannot locate their chauffeur, they must immediately contact dispatch to avoid no-show charges.
VIP Membership Cancellation
VIP Membership Plans may be canceled by the member at any time prior to the renewal date. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
If a member elects to cancel an active VIP Membership Plan before all purchased benefits have been used, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the original membership purchase price will apply.
Any unused VIP Ride Credits, promotional benefits, bonus credits, discounts, membership privileges, or remaining benefits associated with the membership shall be forfeited upon cancellation and are non-refundable.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the VIP Membership Program. Members receive substantial discounts and benefits immediately upon enrollment and may not utilize the majority of membership benefits before requesting a refund.
Membership Termination by Company
VL&CS, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for fraud, abuse of membership benefits, non-payment, policy violations, threatening behavior, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the VIP Member Portal.
Membership termination may result in forfeiture of unused benefits, credits, discounts, and membership privileges.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT SURCHARGES
Holiday and special event surcharges may apply during periods of unusually high demand.
VIP Members may qualify for reduced or waived surcharges based upon membership level, promotional offers, or special programs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VL&CS, LLC shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather events, airline delays, accidents, road closures, mechanical failures, governmental actions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Members are encouraged to verify all personal belongings before exiting any vehicle.
POLICY CHANGES
VL&CS, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or revise these policies at any time.
Continued use of the VIP Member Portal constitutes acceptance of all current policies, updates, and revisions.
