The Verbon VIP Member Portal is operated by Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC. Membership provides approved members access to prepaid VIP Ride Credits and transportation coordination services, subject to availability and these terms.
Membership Access:
Membership is available only to approved members. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. Membership privileges and Ride Credits may not be sold or transferred without written authorization from Verbon.
VIP Ride Credits:
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond memberships include a predetermined number of VIP Ride Credits. Ride Credits are applied according to the applicable mileage zone and reservation requirements displayed in the member portal. Remaining unused credits are maintained in the member’s account subject to the terms of the membership purchased.
Transportation:
The VIP program currently applies to luxury SUV transportation. Transportation may be provided directly by Verbon or coordinated through properly licensed and commercially insured transportation affiliates when necessary.
Every reservation must include accurate passenger information, including the passenger’s full name, direct telephone number, pickup location, destination, date and time, and applicable flight information.
Pricing:
The VIP price displayed to the member includes applicable taxes and credit-card processing fees unless specifically stated otherwise. Gratuity is not automatically added or guaranteed and remains optional. Required tolls or other specifically disclosed trip-related charges may be additional.
Reservations:
Transportation remains subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee transportation until the reservation has been confirmed by Verbon.
Member Responsibility:
Members must provide accurate reservation and passenger information and promptly notify Verbon of changes. Members must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate Ride Credits, or permit unauthorized use of their accounts.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of an individual reservation is governed by the separate Ride Cancellation Policy. Cancellation of a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond membership tier is governed by the separate Membership Tier Cancellation Policy.
Program Administration:
Verbon reserves the right to protect the security and integrity of the VIP program, investigate suspected misuse, correct account or Ride Credit errors, and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, chauffeurs, transportation partners, or Verbon.
