Who stands behind Verbon VIP?
A real transportation company stands behind every reservation.
Verbon VIP is not an anonymous ride marketplace.
The program was created and is operated by Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC, an established professional ground transportation company based in Metro Atlanta.
Every VIP reservation is coordinated through Verbon, giving members one company to contact before, during and after their transportation.

Licensed, commercially insured & professional
Professional transportation — not random rideshare.
Verbon Limo & Car Service LLC operates as a professional commercial ground transportation company with State of Georgia operating authority.
State of Georgia operating authority
Our Georgia operating certificate is maintained on file and will be published here for public review. Until the document is posted, a copy can be requested directly from Verbon.
Commercial insurance standards
Verbon uses commercially insured vehicles for its professional transportation operations. Insurance certificates renew and change over time, so we describe our commercial insurance status here rather than posting a document that could later become outdated.
Partner requirements
When VIP transportation is coordinated outside our direct service area, we work with professional transportation affiliates that are required to maintain the applicable commercial insurance, licensing and operating authority for the transportation they provide. Where an airport or jurisdiction requires a specific commercial permit or authorization for passenger pickup, the transportation provider must have the applicable authorization required to perform that service.
This is an important part of what say goodbye to random driver means. Verbon VIP is designed around professional transportation providers — not simply connecting members with unknown individual drivers.
Why Verbon VIP was created
Built for people who travel frequently.
Verbon VIP was created for travelers who want something different from repeatedly searching for transportation every time they have another trip.
Frequent airport travelers
Corporate travelers and executives
Companies arranging transportation for employees or clients
Private aviation passengers
Families who travel frequently
Professionals arranging transportation for guests
Instead of starting over with a different transportation provider for every trip, members can return to Verbon and allow us to coordinate their luxury SUV transportation.
How Verbon VIP works
One membership. One point of contact.
01
Create your account
Register for Verbon VIP and access the private membership system.
02
Select your VIP ride credit package
Choose the membership tier and zone that fits your transportation needs.
03
Submit your reservation
Provide the trip and passenger information through your member account.
04
Verbon coordinates the transportation
Verbon handles the reservation directly or coordinates with an authorized professional transportation partner when transportation is requested in another service area.
05
Receive your chauffeur information
Before the scheduled transportation, the member/passenger receives the applicable chauffeur and vehicle information.
The goal is simple
A member should not have to search for multiple transportation companies throughout a multi-state journey. A member traveling from Texas to New York and then to California can submit their transportation needs through Verbon. Where we have authorized professional transportation partners and availability is confirmed, Verbon coordinates those individual rides — the member does not have to independently search for a different transportation company in every state. Once the applicable reservation is confirmed, the passenger receives the chauffeur information for that transportation.
Why advance reservations matter
Advance reservations are important, particularly for weekend transportation and out-of-state partner coordination. Advance booking gives us time to properly coordinate, dispatch and schedule the transportation for a seamless experience.
Exclusive member benefits
Exclusive member benefits.
01
Locked-in VIP pricing
Once a ride credit is purchased for a particular zone/location, the applicable VIP pricing is established without last-minute surge pricing for that same service area. When transportation is requested from a different location or state, affiliate pricing may differ. Verbon will confirm the applicable pricing before the reservation is finalized.
02
Luxury SUV only
Verbon VIP is specifically designed for luxury SUV transportation. No sedans are offered through the VIP membership portal.
03
No standard late-night, early-morning or holiday service fees
VIP members are not charged Verbon's standard late-night, early-morning or holiday service fees. Applicable tolls and other disclosed location-specific charges may still apply when required.
04
Priority member access
VIP members receive access to the private booking system and coordinated reservation assistance. All transportation remains subject to vehicle and affiliate availability.
05
Private member portal
Members can manage reservations, ride credits and transportation activity through their private account.
06
VIP member value
Membership packages are designed to provide greater value for frequent luxury SUV travelers compared with repeatedly purchasing individual rides at standard retail pricing.
Transparent pricing
Know before you ride.
Verbon VIP is designed to eliminate surprise last-minute pricing.
Applicable taxes and credit-card processing costs are accounted for in the VIP pricing and are not unexpectedly added at checkout. Tolls are added when required.
Gratuity is not included
Gratuity is never automatically added and remains completely at the member's discretion.
Your zone price is established
Once a member purchases a ride credit for a particular location/zone, that applicable price remains established for that service area.
Accept or decline out-of-area pricing
If a credit is used from a different address, city or state, affiliate pricing may differ — pricing in Boston may differ from Georgia. Verbon provides the applicable pricing first and the member may accept or decline it. There should not be a surprise after the reservation is confirmed.
Membership package pricing remains protected inside the member portal and is not published on this page.
Travel beyond Georgia
Atlanta-based. Designed for travel beyond Georgia.
Verbon VIP begins with Verbon's Atlanta-based transportation operation, but a member's transportation needs do not necessarily stop at the Georgia state line.
When transportation is requested in another state, Verbon can coordinate luxury SUV service through authorized professional transportation partners where coverage and availability are confirmed. Members do not need to independently contact multiple transportation companies for every destination.
One request to Verbon. We coordinate the transportation.
Service availability and applicable affiliate pricing must always be confirmed before an out-of-state reservation is finalized.
Accountability
Why we built it differently.
Every VIP reservation is connected to:
A registered member account
Passenger full name
Passenger direct telephone number
Reservation and trip details
VIP Ride Credit activity
Transportation records
This creates a documented process designed to provide greater accountability for members, chauffeurs, transportation partners and Verbon.
